Welcome to the website (“Site”) of green hydrant (“we”, “us”, “our” or “green hydrant”). Please review the following terms that govern your use of and purchase of products from our Site. Please note that your use of our Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms (the “Agreement”). If you do not want to be bound by these terms and conditions, you should immediately stop using our Site. We may from time to time change the terms that govern your use of our Site. Such will be effective immediately upon notice, which may be posted as a modified agreement on the Site or sent out via email. Your use of our Site following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms and conditions as changed.
DISCLAIMER AND LIABILITY WAIVER
You should always consult your doctor before making any changes to your health regime including green hydrant juice cleanse.
By using green hydrant products or services, you acknowledge that you are doing so at your own risk, and have consulted with your doctor or other health professional about your diet change.
We do not claim our products will alleviate, heal or cure any health condition or symptom. Our products are not meant to diagnose, treat, prevent or cure any medical condition.
Our juicing facilities process and regularly use nuts. We do our best to accommodate allergies, but do not provide a product for people with medically-necessitated diets or severe allergies.
It’s important to put green hydrant products in the refrigerator when you receive them. By purchasing green hydrant cold-pressed juice products, you agree to properly and promptly refrigerate all juice until you plan to consume them. Since all of our juice is fresh (unpasteurized, preservative-free, chemical-free), it will go bad if not properly taken care of.
Finally, by using our website, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
PAYMENTS AND PROMOTIONS
We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard and Amex credit cards. All orders made are only confirmed after we receive the money and when you received an email confirmation. If you are using a promotion or a discount code, please enter it at checkout to receive an immediate discount. Only one promotion or discount code may be used per order. Promotion or discount codes may not be used on already discounted items. Special promotions may, at the option of green hydrant, carry specific terms and conditions, and we reserve the right to create, amend, and enforce said terms, conditions, and restrictions.
CANCELLATION & REFUND
No cancellation or refund are allowed, unless otherwise agreed.
DELIVERY DISCLAIMER
All green hydrant juices are to be kept refrigerated until consumed and freshness cannot be guaranteed past the 3rd day upon receipt. It is up to the client to maintain freshness once received. Once the delivery has been made, we are no longer responsible for any damage or delay on part of other persons, circumstances, or for the security of its contents.
PROGRAM AND DELIVERY MODIFICATIONS
Because everything is specially made to order, we require at least 3 days notice prior to your scheduled delivery time for any changes to be made to an ongoing program, including but not limited to delivery address changes, order changes delivery instructions etc.
WEATHER & TRAFFIC ALLOWANCES
Our courier do their best to deliver your juices on time so you get to enjoy it at its freshest. Still, they run into delays due to weather, traffic and other factors that are outside of their control. We cannot guarantee delivery within our nominated delivery hours. As soon as we receive notice of a delay, we will reach out to you to give you a chance to re-route to a different address to better suit your schedule.
In instances of inclement weather, we hold the right to cancel our deliveries in order to avoid putting our courier at risk. In such a case, we will notify you as early as possible and reschedule your delivery. If this does not suit your schedule, please let us know and we will do our best to find a better arrangement.
As both traffic and weather are outside of green hydrant normal control, cash refunds cannot be issued for affected orders.
COMMUNICATIONS TO YOU
You agree that green hydrant may send electronic mail to you for the purpose of advising you of changes or additions to this Site, about any green hydrant products or services, or for such other purpose(s) as green hydrant deems appropriate. You have the option to opt-out of marketing communications.
IMAGES
The images and colors displayed on the Site do not necessarily represent or depict actual juice products offered by green hydrant. Juices are subject to change without notice.

To the extent that this Site contains links to outside services and resources, the availability and content of which green hydrant does not control, any concerns regarding any such service or resource, or any link thereto, should be directed to the particular outside service or resource. green hydrant is not responsible and shall not be held liable for the use of any such content.
