We live busy lives, often overlooking our health and taking it for granted until it is taken away. That realization came when illnesses hit close to home with loved ones, and eventually my own.


Determined to make a difference, I began sharing my knowledge of nutrition and what I know brings health benefits to others including the incredible benefits of cold-pressed juices.

Meet Jen

Hi, I’m Jen, a self-confessed non-foodie turned enthusiast. Working at green hydrant introduced me to the transformative world of food and nutrition, and sparked a deep interest to learn more about the healing powers of food.

Besides earning my nutritionist certification, another proud achievement for me was helping my mum overcome her arthritic pain through juicing. Recognizing food as one of the most powerful tools we have in helping our body live and feel better inspires and fuels me on.

Our recipes have been carefully crafted to produce nutrient-dense juices that supports the body's natural healing processes. Each bottle is a testament of our commitment to harness the goodness nature has to offer, so join us in sipping and savoring this goodness together!
