Amino acids: valine, leucine, isoleucine, methionine, phenylalanine, tryptophan, histidine, threonine, proline, lysine, arginine, cystine, tyrosine, alanine, glycine, glutamic acid, serine, aspartic acid. 

Pigment: Phycocyanin, chlorophyll, β‐carotene, zeaxanthin.

Packing and FreezingTavelmout Spirulina is packed in their proven innovative freezing technology, which preserves heat-sensitive nutrients of spirulina that are lost in drying process of the powdered spirulina. The deep green color of Tavelmout Spirulina represents its outstandingly freshness. For instance, pigments and vitamins are preserved 1.4 times more than the dried spirulina.
